Job Description
- Expand new market segment.
- Able to meet sales targets.
- Able to communicate with clients and handle inquiries with ID knowledge professionally.
- Site visit for measurement and supervise jobs
- Follow up/ meeting client and produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications based on customer’s needs.
- Presenting ideas and concepts to clients according to requirements and budget.
- Produce creative ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- Manage site progress and arrangement.
- Manage project costing and work closely with colleagues from relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
- Possess own transport.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in sketch design and design development for a variety of projects.
- Preparing good working drawings and details.
- At senior level, you are expected to lead and supervise a drafting team.
- To coordinate with consultants.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma from recognized institutions.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with good design capability, construction detailing knowledge and skilled in visual communication.
- Good building technical knowledge and conversant with authority requirements.
- Skilled in AutoCad and/or Revit, 3D StudioMax & Photoshop.
- Excellent visual presentation skills, an advantage.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, take pride in one’s work and committed with strong work ethic.

Job Description
- Supervise, monitor and inspect renovation works progress at site.
- To assist the overall project implementation and site construction
- Visit project sites to compile measurements as and when required
- To monitor trade contractor’s works on site – work sequence, method of construction and quality control to ensure successful completion of projects.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by Project Manager and the Management.
- Able to monitor the usage of machinery, tools, material and manpower.
- Assist in the preparation of proper record of site dairy, site measurement, site record and site progress record, project claims.
- Recognize and solve potential problems on site with consultants, project team and trade contractors
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience with construction/contractor firms/Interior line.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of Interior Design or architecture work is added an advantage.
- Punctuality, teamwork with an eye for detail is essential.
- Willing to travel
